Each italian region has got its favourite salami. Tuscany has got the Salame Toscano. It is traditional more or less everywhere in Tuscany: the one we produce is called Granduca di Toscana because it is prepared with particular care. During seasoning it is massaged for long time and hand thickened with ropes. The mixture is prepared with selected meat: the best part of shoulders, ham fillets, chine. All is fine minced and mixed with pieces of our wonderful lard. During the seasoning pepper gives its aroma combined to garlic macerated in good local wine and subtle spices and officinal herbs. From this unique blend of flavours comes out the exclusive taste perfect to have a picnic in our hills drinking our parfumed wine.
